I've noticed that many people overlook the stickied posts.. Please don't overlook them! They are stickied for a reason. They are important announcements/discussions that need everyones participation!!
The DOTW's are thoroughly planned for important discussions, but the amount of replies we get for those are very sad. It's quite disrespectful to the post maker as well.
