Pankhuri is working hard and everyone is co operating with her except Avantika. She is being cold and rude with her evil eyes. Pankhuri brushed it all off and continued to do the work for Adi and Nana. Adi was watching Pankhuri work all the way through. He was watching her every movement and smiling. She's so nice doing all this for Nana. How can someone even get angry on her? She is so innocent. Shanky was making sure Nana was out and only will come back after Adi tells him too. The arrangements were all set and Adi was going to pick up Nana from his friends house. He saw Pankhuri just standing there. He looked around everywhere. "Pankhuri!" he whispered at her she didnt listen as she couldn't hear. He walked up to her pulled her by her arm and took her behind a corner. "Adi what are you doing?" Pankhuri was worried. Everyone was around. "Pankhuri are you ready for the performance I am going to get Nana from his friends house!" he had his hand clasped in her's and she looked down at their hands. "Woh Adi... haan me tayar hu!" she smiled a little and took her hands out from his. "Theek hai me chalta hu!" when Adi turned around Avantika was standing there. "Kya kar rahe the?" Avantika gave a stern glance at Pankhuri. She was scared. "Woh mom I was discussing about the performance!" Avantika raised an eyebrow at Pankhuri and gave her a strange look. She walked off angrily. "Sorry Pankhuri!" Aditya held her and gave her a confident smile that was enough for her to wash away all her fears and worries.

Everyone was ready and all guests were in the house enjoying drinks. Adi was driving back with Nana as he shared his wonderful memories of the day with Adi. "That's great Nana! I'm really happy that your friends were glad to see you!" Nana was also very happy on his birthday. He felt as if the part of him he lost years ago he earned it back because of his grandson. He looked proudly at his grandson as he drove the car. Adi pulled his phone out and he sneakily looked over at Nana. He sent a joint text message to Avantika, Pankhuri and Preeti. He wrote we are on our way back be prepared! He quickly put his phone away so Nana wouldn't see. He sped down the main road and into Deewan Mansion gates. They parked the car and Shanky was standing outside so it didnt look obvious. "Welcome saab ji... aaj ka din kesa tha?" Shanky was giving his normal greeting. Nana looked at the house and wondered why the house wasn't as bright the house lights were dimed. "Shanky aaj lights kyun dim laga rahe hai?" Nana wondered further. "Woh saab ji kuch nahin aaj Avantika baby ko ese lights chaye the!" Nana nodded but was still curious. Adi led Nana to the door and he opened it to see complete darkness. Then the lights turned on and party poppers flew in the air and over Nana. The smiles that showered across the room bought gentle tears in his eyes and a victory smile. Everyone sang Happy Birthday to him and he slowly walked in and his whole family embraced him with hugs and a warm feeling. Pankhuri slowly brought in the cake and everyone turned around. Nana was overwhelmed that Pankhuri had done this gesture for him. This is what he wanted. He looked at Pankhuri and a proud smile formed on his lips. He stroked her hair and touched her cheek. Avantika glared at her. "Dad come in and let's cut the cake!" Nana smiled and they all sang Happy Birthday to him. He fed Preeti and Avantika by getting two chunks of cake at the same time. He then looked over at his son and fed him. They all hugged each other. Adi looked over at Pankhuri who had a lovely smile on her face. She was watching them lovingly and Adi looked at her continuously. He was lost in her. Nana fed Adi and then he called over Pankhuri. Everyone gave their presents. He opened them and laughed at some of the gifts. "Nana... nana I have three gifts for you tonight! I will give them to you at different times of the night!" Nana was impressed and intrigued. He stood up on stage and Pankhuri went to the computer. He and Pankhuri together made a short film on his life incorporated with home videos and pictures. The lights dimmed and everyone took a seat and watched the projected film. The guests were impressed. Nana was getting very emotional as it drew him back to the good times of his life. He gripped both Preeti's and Avantika's hands and cried. Both of them wiped his tears and the two sisters gave a smile to each other and put their hands on top of his. This reassured him. It took him all the way through his life till now. The video finished and there was a huge round of applause. "So Nana that was your first surprise!" Nana smiled and he applauded him again. "Adi beta... I dont know what to say... this has been the best birthday present ever... life has bought many ups and downs for me but I got through them eventually I would like to share a quote with all of you something that I have seen "There is no such thing as a "broken family." Family is family, and is not determined by marriage certificates, divorce papers, and adoption documents. Families are made in the heart. The only time family becomes null is when those ties in the heart are cut. If you cut those ties, those people are not your family. If you make those ties, those people are your family. And if you hate those ties, those people will still be your family because whatever you hate will always be with you." He looked over at his family and small tears emerged in his eyes. His children gathered round him and they shared a group hug. Pankhuri was crying with happiness and Adi looked on to see his family joined. They shared this hug for a moment or two. "Nana...are you ready for your next surprise?!" Nana looked up happily and nodded. Pankhuri bought up a stool and he sat on it with a guitar. He lowered the microphone so it was level. The lights dimmed. He looked at Pankhuri and she smiled. "Nana this one song is my favourite and I would like to dedicate it to you!" he showed him a thumbs up.

Adi played the guitar and a melodious guitar broke the silence.

He looked over at Pankhuri and she smiled.

Nana was enjoying this and he mentally blessed Pankhuri and Aditya.

Aditya was playing the guitar amazingly and the crowd were ecstatic.

There was a standing ovation by the guests and the family. Pankhuri was most proud of him and ran up to him. "Adi that was beautiful!" Pankhuri had the biggest smile painted on her lips. Avantika watched them and was not happy. Nana came and hugged Adi. "Adi that was amazing! Well Done beta and thank you!" Nana was overwhelmed. Aditya was happy that everyone was happy for Nana and the family was sharing happiness. "Nana there is one more surprise waiting for you and it will be the best trust me!" Adi hugged Nana again and put his hand on his.
