Why isn't WU posted on the forum here?

I've noticed a person (id - triplec) regularly keeps posting updates, but all are linked to another site. Isn't this against IF rules?Despite reporting, nothing happened.

Also, some people post latest articles, but there's a link which u click then skip the ad, only then can we read the posted article. Again, isn't it against IF rules? These people are getting points whenever people click the link n skip to the article. Is this right? It's highly irritating to come to the forum, but then do lots of clicking to read any latest news or article.

Sorry if my reading of the rules is wrong.
