You can find an image icon where you type your post. Click on it and then paste the url of your image in the given url box.

May it's format is different.. not in jpg or png

In the quick reply box, you can find bold, italics, underlined, font colour, hypertext, image and emoticon options.

Click on that scenery kind of option, that's the one for image and then you'll find one url box down to it where you can paste the direct link of your image and then press space or enter. You can see the preview before finally posting it to the forum
