I am loving it so far - Abhiya have great chemistry and it's been a thoroughly entertaining watch. However, I am now on Episode 87 (1st February 2011) and I don't understand why Abhay had to reveal his vampire form in order to save Piya from the fire. Is this explained at a later point, or was it just a plot device so that the big reveal could finally happen? I really don't get it. I'd appreciate it if someone could explain... No spoilers for later episodes, please :)

No..it is not revealed later..but if he wants to use his extreme power,he can do it in his orignal form only

@Megha - Thanks! I remember seeing bits of the series when it first aired, but I never followed it properly. It's a really good watch so far! Am angry with Pia right now for choosing to run away from Dehradun - hopefully she will come to her senses soon enough. Poor guy has saved her 2374923794 times and now she is suddenly scared of him!!!

Hi, welcome to the forum. Glad to know you're liking the show.

Coming to your questions, Abhay had to "embrace" his vampire self to walk through the fire and save Piya, I guess. As per that monologue (Abhay/Abhayendra) Abhay couldn't have done it as a human.

And don't worry, you'll forgive Piya soon. :))) She's in shock right now and isn't thinking clearly at all. Sucks how she left though.

Welcome to the forum 😃. My ears are always standing to hear what newcomers think of Abhiya. Their praises are like music to my ears. 😳😛

Dont worry we will get our daredevil-ish piya back soon. She cant go and function properly for more than 2 days without her regular doses of sleuthing into abhay's past and present life ... and falling into mortal danger.

Ohh and the scene u mentioned well tht manhoos cabin was the place where maithali was burned to death and abhayendra died there too. I think Abhay didnt wanted to take chance with Pia's life this time , hence used his vampire strength and agility + I like to imagine the fire outbreak was massive than it was shown , clearly making the rescue out of human capabiltiy.

its really an awesome show to be watched. i personally have interest in stories relating to vampires. and vivian dsena has portrayed his role so superb.

i have watched it recently and once i completed watching, i again watched the entire series 4-5 times again.. and i would love to see again and again..
