Hey don't worry boolworm-ALS-- (sorry, do lemme know what I can you as 😳) infact unfortunately, I'll be away for a week as well, although I wish we start this, as early as possible & not waste time.
But nevertheless, we'll definitely have a plan of action regarding this. Whilst our main focus to get our message through,would be through- calls, mails & trending on twitter. But if required like you say, we might have to form groups to delegate certain tasks for each, to structuredly get ready with a plan of action. Whilst, all of us, will have to participate in all the three forms of communicating with them (to increase the volume of our fanbase's request), but each dept can work out on planning about how to go about, on one of the above forms of contacting them. The twitter trending for one, definitely needs a few people to manage it, instruct others on how to participate etc.
