This episode is a superb continuation of the previous one.
In the last episode, we had seen Advik turning out to Abhay, Alina and Liana to fight against the council and Abhay trying to explain Alina on what actually happened and trying to renew their friendship.
The previous episode closed with all of them in a confused mode on what to believe and what not.
If this episode were not to happen, then I wonder how many more days/weeks the people involved, would have taken to come to a conclusion. But this episode did not want them to break their heads put provided them with a situation where they had to act fast. : Yup that's right 😊
Rehan knew only one thing about Abhay - that his father had to die because of him and when Abhay was behaving like the king of supernaturals destroying others, he lost his mother. Though this was the act of the vampire council - just like Liana and Alina, Rehan only saw the face as Abhay and not the representative of the vampire council. If it was anyone whom Rehan hated then it was Abhay as an individual and not as a representative of the council.
According to him, if Abhay were killed then his justice is served. : Well said. Rehan was all about revenge.
When he could no longer trusted Alina and Liana to become his allies, he did not have a choice but to turn to the vampire council.
From the start, it had been shown that the purpose of Rehan's coming to Dehradoon was to take his revenge on Abhay and he did not waste any time in the past to carryout his action. So it is not surprising that he turned out to the council for their help as he wanted it done fast.
But what made him believe in the council that they also wanted to first eliminate Abhay and they would side with their natural enemy? The council had attacked Abhay earlier also, and these things dont necessarily remain hidden for long if one has a mind to find out.
Advik knew that it would be soon that they would have to confront with the vampire council. He tried his best to win the allegiance of Abhay, Liana and Alina but failed to convince them. But this attack of the Vampire council on Abhay definitely brings a chance for others to seriously consider his statements.
The action scene was beautifully described. It was like a chess game.
Every move by every person is very well put into.
Rehan did not want any time to be wasted to take his revenge on Abhay and he did the first move by approaching the vampire council.
The vampire council had used Abhay all these decades. But once he got united with Piya and rebelled against them, they were waiting for their chance to do him away and did not want to waste any time once Rehan approached them. They first wanted to do away with Abhay and later they could think of what to do with Rehan. Their first priority was Abhay and anyone or anything which came with the same movie was welcome to them. : Yup they never play fair.
The next move by Advik and Sama. Advik knew all the time that a war with council was bound to happen soon and now he got a chance with the council attacking Abhay. He also got a chance to convince Abhay of his true motive. Sama, if anything mattered right now was Piya. She is the only one who could be with her and was the only connection between her human and vampire life. Also Sama came to know of Abhay and Piya's love story and she would not want any harm befalling on Abhay or Piya. Infact she died the death of a human in order to protect Piya. : Yes Sama would always be protective of Pia.
Coming to Abhay. The attack by the vampire council may not have been a surprise for him. He knew that this day would come. He would not have been surprised to the see Rehan with the council. He had come to know about the wicked intentions of the council and what they did to him and his family.
And the council blames him to side with their enemy Advik when they dont follow the rules themselves. Earlier also in the show, the council blames Chandeena for bringing Jeh into the fight, when they did not hesitate to do away with Abhay for his soul and even accommodated Maithili for a while. Yes they were always corrupt 😆
And then we have Alina joining the fight. Piya's allegation that Rehan tried to kill her, and then Advik and Abhay telling her that things have changed and it is the council who is the ultimate enemy and not Abhay. All these things have put her into thinking. But she was not ready for any action. She may still not have joined the fight if Rehan was not involved. This episode really created the situation which clearly says that "Its time to act and no more time to think"
Somewhere in her subconscious mind she knew Abhay was right and Rehan was wrong. It was never the question of Clan or Friends for Alina. It was always the question of Right or Wrong. Then and now.: oh yes, you are right about this one.
The best move was Liana getting involved in the fight. She would have cared a damn on who fights whom and who wins - The council, Abhay or Advik.
With Rehan initiating the fight, she did feel disturbed. But she might still have kept back. But when it comes to the case of Alina, she did not even want to give a second thought but act immediately.
She really shared a warm relation with Alina. Their initial motive was to join hands inorder to protect their respective clans by eliminating their common enemy. But the moments they got to spend with each other were wonderful. What if they pretended to be the students of Mt.College, they had a time to get away from the problems of their respective worlds and behave like normal humans of that age.
Their time together had strengthened their bond.
This episode definitely is one of the best episodes. The sequence is really excellent.
I really felt sad for Piya, that she could not be a part of all these things.
Not that she could face the opponents because she may have the power but not the skill.
In todays episode and the previous one, whatever we got to see as Abhiya moments, were really well shown. I mean we got to see very less of them together because other characters were also equally important and deserved more space. But we got to see very less of Abhiya together. When I say together, I dont just mean romance and lovey dovey talks. But I really wanted to see some real action scenes where both of them are involved. Action again means not just fight scenes. But some kind of game where both of them were together.
Till the time, we got to know of Advik's real motive, I was expecting that he had something else in his mind, which would make Abhay to take her with him and foiling the plans of anyone who were to harm her or use her for their selfish ends. Just like in the show with Sid minus misunderstandings.
With just a couple of episodes left, wish we got some action packed Abhiya scenes together, where it is more of a mind game than a physical fight.
But whatever we got as Abhiya moments in all the episodes and in this one, where he comes to pacify her and she begs from him more time, they are simply excellent. But you know, when it comes to Abhiya - Yeh dil maange more more and always more.
I have one question. Are the entire vampire council bad with no balanced person. Are Advik and Abhay the only good vampires who are against the council. Not that I want more characters, but there ought to be other good and powerful vampires who dont want to fight with the other supernaturals and just want to co-exist peacefully. : We have already mentioned that Advik does have vampire friends across the world who are also against the council. council is just a handful of ancient powerful vampires who were laying the vampire laws till now.
Thank you very much team, for a fabulous action packed episode. I loved the sequence of the fights and this is a superb sequel to the last weeks episode.
Thank you very much for giving us DFL.
