TV serials are getting real with more and more grey characters making their presence felt on the small screen-
Character name: Beera Tilakdhari
Seriaka: Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 2
Actor Siddharth Arora says:- Nobody is too good or too bad. Every person does things according to what he feels is right. So, I think today the trend on TV is more towards realism as characters are not completely black or white.

Actor Angad Hasija who plays the role says, variations in the track keep people on tenterhooks. As regards to my character, people kept wondering when would realize his mistake. The uncertainty makes the journey of the character exciting and challenging. The audiences now understand that every person has shades of grey and being goody-two-shoes is unreal. That's why these characters are more relatable. As an actor, these characters are a treat as there is so much you can do. It gives us wider scope to perform on screen.
Character name: Rishabh Kundra (RK)
Seriel: Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon
Actor Vivian Dsena who is portraying the above mentioned role says, The television industry is much more evolved today. Audiences have come a long way from seeing the protagonists play the diplomatically correct superheroes to now being more real going by their instincts. Anti-heroes are being appreciated by people of late as they connect more to a stronger person who can stand by what he believes is right. My character, RK, is a stubborn man who does not give up, come what may. My fans love my character in the show and think i fit the bill perfectly.
Character name: Raghu Naik
Seriel: Do Dil Ek Jaan
Actor Ayaz Ahmed who is playing the above mentioned role says, Playing a hero is something which I have already done in past and I needed a change. Although i never made an effort to bag a anti-hero's character,but then,it just happened. The challenge is to keep a balance between the positive and the negative. I believe anti-heroes are more real.
