Sorry Dishu didnt comment for two updates. really sorry. chapter 3 was really sensuous and its pleasure to read something from you like this after a long time. it was very nicely written and the feel of it was very passionate and sensuous. so the evil lover showed his passionate side finally. there's a movie based on Dracula where Dracula loves Meena murray. and she dies in the end. i really loved that movie. never mind I didnt even liked Jonathon in books when i read it and I was in school. was always more intrigued towards Dracula.. how abnormal 😆 your story seems so amazing. and in october, there's a new eng show coming in NBC based on Dracula which is like your story. you should watch it Im sure you will like it. I loved Pia's monologue on how a woman seems passion than jus the needs. it was soo true and beautifully written. loved it.

Chapter 4: expected this from Kabir. he will choose his duty more than his love. how could he just kill her so easily thinking she is a monster? couldnt he think how they loved each other? what kind of love it is? better a love of monster than such dutiable love. 🥱

and normal for men, his woman be in senses or not slept with another man cannot be tolerable. if he would have done it, it would be counted as a mistake. huh 😆

Pia's monologue here again, written beautifully and really realistic. i loved it. and Im really glad she ran. here Abhay's part was less still Im happy he gave her the choice and he has confidence enough she will be back to him. ❤️ he tried to make her understand but didnt push her or shoved his decision which i really appreciate and loved. and he exchanged blood with her... double love ☺️

Chapter 5

I reached the middle of the forest where stood a forbidding castle entirely hidden from outside view by the thick forest cover. I wasn't sure if Abhay would agree to me or not, but this was the only right way for us. It was lucky that I had picked up my backpack unknowingly. I would need it for what I wanted to do, but would Abhay agree? That was the big question. But I had to try. I approached the castle and stood their hesitantly. Then, mustering up courage, I pushed open its rusty iron gates which opened with a clanking sound of metal. Barely had I reached the steps to the entrance, that the old large wooden door opened and out came Abhay with a sly smile on his lips. I had never seen him smiling before and the sight certainly was breathtaking. For a moment my heart wavered. Could I really do, what I had thought to do? But my mind suddenly admonished me and I stepped forward with renewed resolve. Abhay welcomed me with a smirk, "So you have finally come. I knew you would. We both are meant to be together. We are soul mates."

Something caught in my voice at this. But somehow I managed to speak, "You are right about the second part Abhay but not the first one." He looked at me with a confused look, not understanding what I meant. Finally he asked me, "what do you mean?" I swallowed hard at the questioning glance he was giving me. I was still a human and he an evil monster who knew no mercy. He could just finish me off in an instant if I make him angry. But I had to do, what I had to do, and so I mustered courage and spoke, "Abhay, it's true that we are soul mates, but it's wrong that we are meant to be together. You are a vampire and I am a human. We can never be together Abhay. If we were meant to be together, then you would have been a human like me and not the blood-sucking creature that you are."

I could see that Abhay was getting anger as he hissed, "Do you think, I chose this life? No you are wrong there. For all I knew I had died fighting for my people in that battle. But next thing I knew that I still existed, but was hardly alive. I needed blood to sustain myself and that's why I have to be the monster that I am today. I have no choice. And neither do you. You will never be at peace if you are not with me. You are mine and meant to be with me only. We are soul mates and we have to be together."

I tried to maintain my calm when I spoke the next words, "We do have a choice now Abhay. We don't have to be monsters. We don't have to kill innocent people." "But how would we exist then Pia. We need blood for our existence,"Abhay asked in confusion.

"We need not exist Abhay. Tell me what's the use of this existence Abhay? Why do we need to live this monstrous life at all? It's true that we are soul mates but we not need exist for our souls to unite Abhay. We can and we need to set our souls free so that they can be reborn again in a different world, in a different time and unite with each other in a different life time. And for that, we need to end this existence Abhay and set our souls free." I somehow managed to finally say what I had decided. I could not fathom how Abhay was going to react. For moments he stood there staring at me as if he is trying to make sense of what I am saying, and then masking whatever inner storm might have been brewing inside him, he finally asked, "Are you trying to say, that after centuries of being all alone when I finally managed to find my soul mate, I should simply kill myself instead of making her a part of my eternal existence. You think I am a fool or what to fall for such a foolish plan. What is the surety that we would meet in our next birth when it took centuries for us to meet now? No, Pia, I cannot bear to be without my soul mate anymore. I need you in my life now Pia."

"But this is not life Abhay. How can killing of innocent humans for survival be called a life Abhay? And we will not be able to survive long anyway Abhay. Dr. Dobriyal is hell bent on finishing you off. And I just heard he is calling other experts in this regards too for discussions. And now, Kabir is behind my life too. We would not be able to escape from them for long. Even if we do manage to thwart them once, our existence will always be on run. We would merely be surviving Abhay. We would hardly be living. Tell me honestly Abhay, are you really happy with this existence? You have been existing for centuries Abhay and I have seen how much you loathe this monstrous existence deep inside. It's time we depart from this world Abhay. We can never be together here. If we depart together and for the right cause, I am sure we will be reborn together and find ourselves soon in our next birth. This is the right way Abhay. Maybe you were given this existence only to meet me. Maybe I am a new soul who could not have met you earlier. There was no one to show you the right path earlier Abhay. But if now, we choose the wrong path of being monsters, then we will be eternally damned. Probably, God want us to choose the right path now and I am sure that if we choose the correct path, then he will surely unite us." Finally I had managed to express myself fully to Abhay. It was now up to him to decide. I looked up at him and suddenly he looked so tired and beaten. All his earlier evilness was gone from his face and was replaced by a deep sadness and loneliness. I had been right. Abhay had suffered too in this monstrous life. He finally looked at me and spoke in a tired voice, "What do we have to do Pia? I will do as you say. I am tired now and want to sleep. I want to sleep and never wake up Pia. Lead me to my sleep now."

My heart churned seeing his painful face. I was right. He was tired and lonely. He loathed this existence and wanted peace. I felt happy that finally I could show him the right path. I held his hand and led him towards the bank of river Ganges. I had already thought of what to do. I asked him to uproot a tree and create a hole in its centre. He did so without asking any questions. Then as per my directions he placed it on the bank half way such that half of it remained on land and the remaining half along with the hole hung in the air just above the Ganges. I took out the sandalwood sticks which Dr. Dobriyal had packed in each of our bags and arranged a small pyre over the tree hole carefully. After pouring the holy water and fuel over the wood, I lit fire on the bottom most log of the wood. Abhay then helped me get over the pyre carefully. We somehow managed to carefully stand on the pyre. Lastly I took out the two Trishuls from the bag and threw the empty bag aside. The plan was simple. We both were to stake each other together and then immediately help each other lie down on the pyre before breathing our last. The sandalwood would then burn our mortal bodies and the ash mixed with holy water would free our souls. This ash would then ultimately fall in the holy Ganges killing the monsters in us forever. We looked at each other for one last time and then resolving ourselves we finally plunged the Trishuls deep inside each other's hearts.
