Either way, it doesnt matter, because he is an insignificant character who was only there for Panchi.

Remember, Megha, that Abhay's emotions are currently driving him mad in a sense. Haseena misses Sid, so it's but natural that the first thought she thinks is of her lost son. Abhay feels that the dream was a reflection of his own feelings for Piya.. And no it's not the future. Hope this clears it up and thanks :D Yeah Reina has a lot of intentions. This is the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Haha.
