Vivian Dsena and Drashti Dhami in the run to play the leads in Shikhar

The actors have apparently been approached to play the leads in Saurabh Tewari's upcoming venture on Colors.
Saurabh Tewari's Nautanki Films'Shikhar is undoubtedly the next much awaited show onColors. Several big names had reportedly been approached to be part of the show and considering that the concept bordered around cross border romance, the hunt for the lead faces was magnanimous. We hear that many popular hunks of television were approached for the male lead role and the show has apparently shortlisted two names for the leads.A source says, "Known faces like Vivian Dsena,Abhinav Shukla, Rajat Tokas and other names had been considered to play the male lead. But going by the status now, it seems like Vivian (popular as Abhay of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani) has a brighter chance to bag the plump role. To play the female lead Drashti Dhami tops the probable list."
If all goes well, Vivian Dsena, who was last seen as the blood sucking vampire in Star One's Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and Drashti Dhamipopularly known as Geet of Geet Hui Sabse Parayi will team up to play the leadsin the show.
When tried contacting, Vivian Dsena was unavailable for comments.
Drashti Dhami denied the news of being approached for the show.
The show which will concentrate on the cross border romance will be the next potential venture on Colors. Let us wait and watch whether the two actors will make it in the final product.
