Sukriti's relishing her break
Chirpy and beautiful Sukirti Khandpal, who basked in fame in her hit show Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani, rejected an offer from the same producer Balaji. She was offered to play Archana's adopted daughter Purvi's role in Zee's Pavitra Rishta but she rejected as she didn't want to go back to work so soon. The actress is now enjoying her holiday break with her loved ones.

She was offered to play Archana's adopted daughter Purvi's role in Zee's Pavitra Rishta but she rejected as she didn't want to go back to work so soon. The actress is now enjoying her holiday break with her loved ones.
Sukirti Khandpal reveals, "Yes, I got the offer to play the daughter of Archana in the show but frankly speaking I really didn't want to jump to another show right after my last show ended. I was very tired with night shifts and doing double role in the same show which was very difficult. Moreover, after my last show ended I wanted to concentrate on my personal life which had taken a back seat due to hectic shooting. I want to enjoy the success of my hit show and talk to fans who now recognize me as Piya Dobriyal."
Furthermore, she adds, "I really like Pavitra Rishta as it is a leading prime time show on Zee TV and is being directed by my favorite director Partho Mitra. But sometimes we need to concentrate on our family and loved ones which is what I am currently doing."
What is keeping her busy these days? "I am just busy attending weddings of my family members and friends. Few days ago, I went to Coimbatore for my friend's wedding and there are other weddings to attend too. I am spending time with my parents as during the course of my show I didn't get enough time to spend time with them. I am doing everything to keep them happy. This New Year I am planning to go to Goa with my boyfriend Rishabh."
