Yes, Piya is selfless, she even hid her heart from Abhay, so he would be able to go hunt for the potion, without worrying about her.

Piya proved why she deserves to be loved by Abhay and this is biggest reason why Abhay loves her.

awesome post disha di!!...today piya stole d show!!!i really was shocked when she said it was not haseena's fault...she was really self less...after wat haseena did 2 her she still convinced her...thats y we all luv her!!!n she was not worrying abt herself but wanted 2 see that abhay was save!!!gosh..now those lovely episodes of true luv make me more miserable...ekta is always a heart breaker...i just hate her 2 d core...
