Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani (translation: This is a story of love) is an Indian Supernatural television series that airs on STAR One every Monday to Friday at 8:30. Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani premiered on October 18, 2010. The show is based on the Twilight series and Vampire diaries but show is following their own story. It is produced by Ekta Kapoor and created by Balaji Telefilms. It's a popular show as well as one of the hit show on STAR One.

Since its first airing on STAR One in 18th October 2010,the series has been syndicated to various Indian channels through STAR TV network, such as on STAR Utsav on 4th April 2011 and completed one year too.It is touted to be one of the most successful shows from the Balaji camp besides Tere Liye (TV series) and Bade Acche Lagte Hain...ye dharti ye nadiya ye rainna aur ...aur tum....Rumor is abuzz that like Tere Liye, this show might be pulled off air prematurely once STAR One goes for a complete revamp to Star Desh.
