Hi all! Pre-leap the story track revolved around Abhay and Piya.
But post leap, I feel that Piya only had the role of redeeming Abhay from Maithli's curse. I do not say that Piya does not love Abha or vice versa. They love each other. But post leap we get to see Abhay saving Chand, then his family from being exposed by the Khuranas, saving Haseena from being killed by Dipannita, getting out Haseena from Tyagi's murder charge, Now trying to save Haseena from being eliminated.
Leaving apart all the tracks where Piya is prone to accidents not related to the main track, we had only one scene where Abhay released Dipannita and took the blame of Tyagi's murder to save Piya's life. So even there, Piya was used as a bait.
In the current track of supernatural powers, I don't see Piya fitting in any role as its more focussed on the Lady Vampire who is controlling Haseena, Abhay taking Alina's help to resolve this, Dipannita and Jeh being on caution to avoid any attack from the vampires and always to be a step ahead. I always wanted to see a strong Piya who would stand by Abhay. But now I am okay to see Piya as the damsel in distress atleast instead of being sidelined.
Is this my imagination or is it true that there is no notable role for Piya in the current track.
