Haseena will definitely be cured but who will save her. Alina has the potion but I doubt Jeh will let her help. Abhay is going to khurana mansion for the potion and Piya followed Abhay so she may be close to finding out the truth behind Abhay's plans.
My guess is Piya!

looks like Pia will overhear Chnad & Abhay's conversation and about they have only few hrs to save Haseena from the cloked vampires. So as a good friend she will collect the potion from Alina (may be tricked her in the same way Alina tricked Pia to collect the pendent ) and will save Haseena in time.
