Haseena is being punished because the superiors have seen her doing it and have proofs. While Sidharth was only accused by Chand of the killings but superiors did not see or found him doing that. So they did not punish him.

And discrimination between girls/boys!!!🤣 Really?? Don't jump to conclusions.
