pyar ki ye ek kahani was my fav serial. i loved so much vivian and sukirti. but these stupid concept kabir-piya,sid-piya,abhay-T,abhay-elina i stopped watching these. now i watch it during channel change. but i love vivian and sukirti.

even i wish she reads this post n realise that how frustrated n angry r the fans ? we all were great fans . i used to watch the repeat telecast also but now its not worth to be watched once !

You know, Cari, what hurts is not what the state of the show is now but what it could've (and should've) been. Too bad the writers didn't make use of the asset at their hand. This concept had an edge over everything else airing on Indian Television when the show had started and even now but sadly, the writers never made an attempt to understand what a gem of show they could've had at their disposal only if they'd made full use of their pens and brains. We've had some amazing written scenes and I do give the writers credit for that but the thread which should've bound those scenes in the form of a story has always been missing.

I blame only and only the writing of this show for it's pathetic condition today. Rest everything, from the acting to the directing, EVERYTHING is in place. I'm not talking of wardrobe 'coz for me, that's the least important thing in a show as well as in life.

Very beautifully put dear - I totally agre. the scenes are usually good - but the story doesn't filter thru well, and certainly the writers are not keeping on top of it - they are running away with their imagination and Ekta seems to fail at commissioning the product for efficiency.
