If you allow your mobile application and you have gps in your mobile, then some of these social ntworking applications can automatically track your location. Security wise this could be a big threat. Thus, many people dont enable it. I think in FaceBook, its caleed FB places where it can automatically update ur location through gps. Check the following the link:

I also found that part quite funny.. But T didnt put up that status herself. According to misha, that particular social networking site keeps track of people like T ! That was even much funnier.. what kind of site it is ? :-/

Most social networking sites do have a tracking feature through which if you have enabled your mobile for tracking, then the site will automatically tell the location of your mobile. and misha did mention using a tracking app.
