. As fas ar as the story build up , it looks like he was a quiet a ladies man. I mean Jai always has gotten the girl he has desired. Girl! Always came flying flocking to him, it looks like that from the first few episodes of his entry. It kinda of give you a hint maybe he has never been rejected by a girl in his life. All girls must have fallen on this feet. Suddenly , this girl gives him attitude, and give his answer. He meets his equal, and falls for her despite knowing her past. Every moment they spend togther, he falls for her more. He knows he can lose her anytime to her past. He knows how much she loved the other guy/ Still he carries that hope until Abhay shows up. I think after Abhay showed up, Jai began to grab every moment he could with Pia to spent, and to capture that precious moment for him to carry on for rest of his life. I think the reason Jai agreed to be Pia's fake BF in the begining to create memories as much possible before he lost her for forever. He might taunt Abhay, but I think the fear of rejection is the main cause of him doing this. He does not want to get rejected by a girl he loves. He wants her to be his!I think by doing this he thinks Abhay rejecting many times in the end, Pia will come with flying arms to him. !Simple! Rejection of fear, and insecurity= Jai's sudden outbrust, and taunting.! I don't what I am saying. I am confused myself hope I make sense. All I am saying Jai is desperatly trying to hold on to something he can't have out of fear of rejection.!😳
