Alina Khurana, who is always shown as a coy and tense girl in STAR One's Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, is in a dilemma regarding whom to support: her family members, who just want to take revenge, or Abhay Raichand, who always stands for what is right. She is confused about her life.

When contacted, Priya Chouhan who plays Alina says, "I am really worried about who to stand up for. I want to support my family, but get petrified when I face my mother. I am afraid of whatever is happening. I want to stay neutral. I do not want Abhay injured, but at the same time, I want to support my family, so that my brothers are there for me during hard times."

She tells us that she is against Jeh and her mother's decision to trap Piya to capture Abhay. "Piya is a nice and humble girl. I do not support my family's decision. They have been unsuccessful in capturing Abhay, using Piya as bait. I want to stand for what is right. Abhay always helps those who do not waiver from the path of what is right," she quips.
