AbhIya- Alina – Jeh : Meri nazar hai tujhpe.

Okay, can I start off with Alina first?
What was that between her and Abhay? Is it a deep connection , a psychic warning, a blast from the past , a karmic bond? WHAT? I mean, Alina's eyes lit up and her face glowed with confidence the moment she saw Abhay. She had come to Mount College , holding Jeh's hand as though she was scared and timid but her eyes were desperately searching for Abhay. And when she saw him, she left Jeh's hand and a smile brought a definite beauty in her face . A girl who even breathes with worry just went up to Abhay like a friend he has known forever and if I am reading it right, there was this deep mysterious adoration for Abhay ( I hope the actress got her expressions right ). I mean, the smooth , gentle and nonchalant way with which she took his hand in hers , even Abhay was stunned. Abhay , who is always allergic to unwanted affection and over friendly behavior – the very same Abhay was shocked and he shuddered with an eerie feeling and connection to this girl. Abhay could not bring himself to be rude and cutting to her. He was coldly nice to her and he is intrigued by her .
I mean, Alina was like, she had come to Mount College looking for Abhay and when she found him – she seemed at an uncanny peace and harmony. During the walk in the jungle, you get woven in Alina's mystery web alongwith Abhay. She opens her fears to him saying that the jungle scares her and she is nothing like her family. She talks of an old incident that traumatizes her as she clings to Abhay's arm for comfort and reassurance that the jungle is not going eat her up.
Alina is not just drawn to Abhay – she either finds comfort in him , there is something between them that harmonizes her or else, there is a master plan behind that beautiful peach face. There is a supernatural connection between Abhay and Alina – that is why Alina suddenly became so confident , alert and happy seeing Abhay and formed a bond without Abhay realizing it. It was as if she knew that Abhay will be kind to her.
And Abhay? Is he pulled into Alina's aura or is it a surreal connection that alarms Abhay but doesn't allow him to be rude to her? What is it that binds Abhay and Alina ? Its like Alina walked out of the Khurana House only to walk straight into Abhay's life?
Ahemm, and do I need to highlight Piya's glares and that pang of annoyed jealousy when Piya saw Alina warm up to Abhay. I don't think Piya's affections are going to last long for Alina because Alina is endearing herself to Abhay.
Coming to AbhIya , no need to get hyper or bash Abhay. It was expected. Yesterday, Abhay buckled under the emotional pressure that Piya was mounting on him and his own flaming love for Piya that is driving him up the wall. Yes, he loves her but how does that change their situation or Abhay's resolve? The morning after, Abhay's back in control and he can't let Piya dive into a fireball called Abhay. Abhay may not have had the heart to tell a happy and bouncing Piya that he doesn't love her – but he wanted her to forget it like a dream . As if that moment of surrender never happened.
And Piya? The glow on her face , that brilliant Abhay smile on her lips , the twinkling eyes and the happy aura around her melted into nothingness when Abhay , for the nth time rejected her. And still, the thought that nursed Piya's broken heart was – " Kya meri kismet mein kabhi bhi tumhe poora paana likha hai, Abhay?" …….The hope in Piya, still lives on after this morning shocker that someday , Abhay will be hers. Only hers. Completely hers.
Its not easy for Abhay. Its not easy for Piya . But before you judge either of them, remember that Abhay erased Piya's memory in the hope that Piya will forget him. Never in his wildest dreams had he thought that she will fall in love with him all over again the moment she sees him again. Similarly, Piya was never living a normal life – Abhay was first written in her fate and then, coded in her existence . Its always been Abhay and Piya for Piya. So , all the anger , all the longing , all the irritating , frustrating , endearing influx of emotions springs from that embedded faith. Abhay-Piya's existence is symbiotic . If there is no Piya, there is no Abhay and if Piya doesn't have Abhay , there will never be Piya.
He hurts her so that she can live. She waits for him so that they both can live. Simple.
Then, Jeh. I think he was in the worst situation today and his troubles won't be ending tomorrow either. His feelings for Piya are as genuine as his hatred for Abhay but today he stands on those cross roads where he can choose only one – his emotions as a human being or his duty as a werewolf. He has been conditioned and motivated to kill Abhay even if that means killing Piya to take Abhay down. But what is he supposed to do when there is an internal conflict that threatens to tear him apart? Its that moment of test , of weakness where you can either surrender to your butter slice side or else grit your teeth and go ahead and do what you were born to do. Abhay has been there where Jeh is today. Choosing between being a man or a warrior. Abhay , ruled by emotions chose to be a man and that is the cause of all his troubles. But Jeh appears more determined in comparison. At least , he will try to attack Piya even though his emotions may weaken him. Let's see.
Title aisa isliye rakha kyunki Abhay ki nazar hai Jeh pe. Alina ki nazar hai Abhay pe. Piya ki nazar hai Abhay aur Alina pe, Aur Jeh ki nazar hai AbhIya aur Alina pe. Haha!
P.S- I have a strong feeling that Abhay and Alina are going to save each-other from trouble and that will bring a thread of trust between them . Not just Piya, I guess almost everyone is going to hate this friendship. Piya has never taken kindly to any woman in Abhay's life and any bonding between Abhay and Alina is not going to go down well with her. Piya may not be with Abhay right now but in her mind , in her heart , he is her property and pretty trespassers like Alina may face prosecution.
