Hope he realizes, though I have my doubts if Abhay will realise that Jay is a werewolf too. Abhay would try to find out more details about Neil and come to know that he is not Jay's own brother. So he may still think that Jay is human and best for Pia😡. It may be in the next Mahaepisode that it would dawn on him that Jay was one of the four whose blood he had in his hand to which Chand responded.
