Oh dear, that's bad. But getting frustrated won't help. It'll just make you a rebel. Try to make them understand that the world is changing and so are ideologies. You compromise a bit from your side and it's fair enough if you expect the same from them. Taali ek haath se nahi bajti. Both of you have to make the effort. One sided efforts always go waste.

my parents are modern chills, but my grandma i will try to make her understand.no matter how hard i try the woman and me get into argument. i balance modern with tradition, but o well, she already had a guy for india to marry off last time, 🤣
