but panchi loves neel? or she was going to dump her

or she like him before but after flower incident...she doesnot like him

agar flower incident nai hota toh wo neel ko dump karti?

kya panchi usko hospital main dekhne jaayegi?

i don't think there was any reason...from the beginning her intentions were to date him for a couple days and then dump him. If it wasn't for the flower incident maybe she might have dated him for a few more days and after that she would have eventually dumped him. Panchi was not serious at all with him...i feel bad for Neel because he truly loved Panchi

I think Panchi definitely would have dumped Neel. But now I feel this could be their beginning of love track. Panchi may feel guilty and visit Neel at the Hospital.
