Yes, I think T would now become friends with Piya. T has reason to be forever grateful to Pia for saving her life from being Siddharth's Dinner.

I don't think so...if Pia will not recall Maithli incident, it would mean that her memory has been tampered with by the vampires. The same will hold good for other humans who knew of the secret - T, Panchi, Misha & Dobrial family. So basically, it would be start from scratch so T will continue be a baddy when it comes to Pia.
