One thing that is common in all Ekta shows is women empowerment especially of married women. She always depicts strong women characters who maybe housewives but are much stronger emotionally and character wise compared to any man on the show. And in this show too we have strong women characters like Piya and Paanchi and most importantly Madhu.
Today Madhu stole the show for me (obviously after Abhayđł). I just loved the way she slapped Misha. No not because I was angry on her but because Madhu did the right thing. When a child starts disobeying their parents sometimes you have to be a little cruel. You have to reprimand them in order to make them understand what they are doing is wrong.
So here too a mother and more than that a wife slapped her daughter who was reacting and accusing her father without knowing the facts. The wife in Madhu could not stand to see even her own daughter accusing her husband like that and took a stand for him.
Madhu was right when she said what does Misha knows about life? All her life she has been treated like a princess. Never made to do a single work, everything was always given to her in a silver platter. So when today she made a halla ballu over something she did not know her mother reminded her that she was far from truth. And as she told the story of what really happened, one thing was evident was that women really have big heart. Not only did Madhu forgave her husband for his infidelity but accepted him back again in her life and today stood up against her own raging daughter for him. She has nerves of steel to say. Truly a woman of strong character.
And Im proud to be a girl! Jai women power! LOL. But saachi women are more stronger and tolerant than any man.
And I know Misha is still very much immature but..sigh.
About the title oh I just believe that women do rule the world...just stay behind the scene. Modest we are! :P
