I thought of the same possibility as well. Abhay biting Piya to suck the venom out. Though, In the promo, she looks happy before he bites her!🤔 Nonetheless,The promo can be misleading...

Another prediction is , That its Sid may be, in Abhay's avatar. 😕 I dont know if Vampires have that kind of supernatural powers to become a clone of someone. Rare possibility I guess😕
