Abhay is just going out when T comes and stops him. She puts her arms around him.
T: Abh-aaye. Oh you look so hot in this new striped brown shirt. Yeh color tum pe kitna suit karta hai na!
*Abhay yawns*
Waise where are you going?
Abhay: going to pick up Anu. She has to get ready for sangeet tonight.
T: Oh! I will miss you, my honeybunch!
Abhay: *yawns* Yeah why don't you give that new hottie some company in the meantime?
(He points to a fellow standing at some distance with his back to them.
T turns to see him. She likes what she sees.)
T (thinking to herself): Wow! A new hottie in town. Aur T ko hi nahi pata. Got to meet him!
(She walks over to greet him.)
T: Hi handsome.
(The guy turns. T faints.)
[Camera zooms up to show a guy with his shirt half done up from the bottom, with two navel hair showing through. Further up, a pair of geeky glasses and oil-laden hair parted from the middle. It was Shankar - the cool new, I mean, the thanda nature wala new guy.]
Adi's Part 23
Shankar: *sings* Jaane hai woh kahaaan
Jisko dhoondhti hai nazar
Main yeh dil main yeh jaan
De doon woh mile jo agar….*
[He sees T, and moves towards her. T steps back.]
T: Ewwwwwwwwwwww! Ugliness!!
[Shankar takes another step towards her.]
T (in a desperate tone): Shoo!!
[Shankar takes another step forward.]
T (scared): What do you want?
Shankar (stopping near her): Hum Chlormint kyun khaate hain?
T (jaw dropping in shock): What?!!!!!
*faints*
[Shankar laughs. He high fives with Misha, and then goes off to change.]

Shaurya is sitting in the garden, feeding the pigeons. Adi arrives, out of breath.
Adi: Have you seen Abhay?
Shaurya (dreamily): Your fiance?
Adi: Yes.
Shaurya: That tall, cute, grim one?
Adi (impatiently): Yes!
Shaurya (vaguely): He is not my type.
Adi: So?
Shaurya: Tujh mein rabb dikhta hai, Daanish, main kya karoon……
Adi: Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
[Suddenly there is a flurry of movement, and Adi feels the familiar sensation of being swept away.]
Abhay (looking down at Adi): Couldn't leave without meeting you.
Adi (blushing): Anu will kill you.
Abhay: Anu knows.
Adi: Oh.
Abhay (teasingly): Oh.
Adi (pushing him away): Ab mil liye na. Go.
Abhay: Nooooo!
Adi: Yes. Jaao na.
[Abhay pulls Adi close and holds her like that for a few minutes, then leaves.
A shadow passes behind Adi......]
Anu's Part 24
Abhay picks up Anu and drives home to the Raichand mansion. Haseena comes to greet them.
Haseena: Anu darl! How are you?
Anu: I'm good aunty. How are you doing?
Haseena: Come beta. Let's go. We have to get ready and there is not much time left.
(They go to a room to get ready.
Abhay goes in the other direction.
No one notices the dark shadow that lurks in the corridor....)

A little while later, T comes in to show Haseena some decorations for the hall.
Haseena: What is thissss?
Abhay: Uh mom?
Haseena: Yes?
Abhay: Mom, you know na that we are vampires and not some long lost breed of snakes?
Haseena (tilts her head): Yes?
Abhay: Then why do you keep hissing?
Chaand: Abhaaaaye.
(Chand and Abhay have an intense eyelock.)
(Haseena tilts he head and her eyes turn green.)
H: Tttttt.
T: Yes aunty?
H: Not you, fool. I want green tea! All this hissing is making my throat ache.
