i think he is more like 24/7 walking talking psychological Ghost counselor for the viewers, he calm us down when we think: OH God no nahiiiiiiiiii they are going to get separated😭 ..so POOF he appears and consoles us by saying those lame dialogs 🤣

so you see they are not inspired from HP alone also form Ghost Whisperer and or maybe Medium too😉

Fans often have mistaken the chai wala baba as blooper. Here is what I explained to Adi (very intelligent girl) in her post and she was able to understand the concept by comparing it with Rooms of Requirements in Harry Potter. Hope that will help you in understanding the concept behind it.

Explanation & example:
As you all have seen, the chai wala baba plays a very important role in the show. As the script demands, he is needed at so many places very frequently. so, the creatives have used special technologies to give those effects.
The logic is that the tea-stall and the baba appear dynamically anywhere they are required. If they are required near college, it will be there, if it is needed 80 KM after DD, then it will be there. Though I am not sure what are the limitations on the distance but trust me the creatives have worked so hard to have such dynamic tea-stall.
For those of you who have seen Harry Potter series - you may recall the Rooms of Requirement which modified itself into almost anything according to the needs of the Hogwarts students.

Fans have also complained that Pia very conveniently forgot that how Abhay ill-treated her after hearing her love confession during the camping trip. She was laughing and smiling with Misha in the very next scene.

Explanation & reasoning
Well, Well, Well, the reason for this is less supernatural or techie and more logical. As I explained in the Background, the creatives team expect the next-gen audience to be more logical. I hope we all understand that Pia is by now habitual of Abhay's rudeness. She hardly cares whatever he say or do to make her leave him. Also, she knows to raise TRPs, writers will make hime fall for her even though Abhay may try very hard to deny it. So, why worry, enjoy the trip. This is why after being hysteric in front of him in one scene, she was very casual in his absence in the very next scene. Simple logic, you see. I hope now you get it.
