Supernatural hottie is a mama's boy
All the compliments don't go to his head Vivian Dsena maintains, they just remind him that he has a standard to maintain. "I'm proud of being born to the parents I have. This persona, the body, it's in the genes. But I have to maintain it. I follow a diet, I gym. I don't like to flaunt my physical persona. It feels great when people admire me for my personality and I'm humbled by that."
He's not all brawn but a good dose of brain as well. Though an engineering graduate, he couldn't resist the lure of the performing arts, "I am a die-hard fan of Salman Khan. I received a call for a look test and then got this role. It has changed my life."
Vivian comes from a sports background. "My father represented the Railways for football at the national level. My mom also represented M.P. for hockey. I was a football player. Whenever I get time, I play football with my friends."
The comparisons between him and Robert Pattinson's Edward Cullen character are inevitable, but he doesn't enjoy those, "Most of my fans find my jaw line similar, but I have a separate identity."
His female following will be heartbroken when he falls in love with Piya (Sukirti Kandpal) in the show and he maintains that he's not ready to mingle despite being single. "I am just 22 years old. This is the time for me to take a sound stand professionally. I feel love will happen when the right time comes. I am out and out a mama's boy."
Echoing the old fashioned nobility of the original Edward Cullen, he endearingly says, "I have many girl friends with whom I share a platonic relationship. But I do not believe in falling in and out of love. I do not believe in live-in-relationships. I marry and only then live with a girl."
