You know what?
My fave part in today's episode was Mishkoo and her Dad's scenes. Pancchi and Piya are daughters too but Mishkoo is clearly Arnav's lifeline. She is his star. Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes parents have a bent towards a particular child - that extra mile of affection.
Anyway, my post is not about that. It is about how i ended up comparing Mishkoo's parents and Abhay's parents.
Look at Mishkoo's parents. They are crazy about her. They love and accept her as she is and take pride in the spirited individual that she is. They have no issues that she is not lady like - or that she is a brat of the first degree. She is what she is and they take the greatest care that her smile never droops.
And then, you look at Abhay's parents ( if they are his parents at all , i doubt). Cold. Distant. Frigid. Overbearing. Rule by the rod. What have they taught and given Abhay? In all these episodes , i have not seen them utter a single word of warmth or kindness to him. It is just ORDER-SERMONIZE-DICTATE-RULE. No sign of any parental affection even though they claim to worry a lot about him. I mean , the way they order him around - threaten him ( his father) and teach him all the wrong things , i don't see any parental love in here.
What we have, where we are , and how we are brought up has a lot to do with what we become. Mishkoo had love , warmth , affection , so she is all sunshine. Abhay is cold, ruthless, hateful of emotions and lonely because he had NOTHING. I wish his Mom-Dad just disappear.
P.S- I still can't believe that Mommy Vampire is keeping Abhay under the sword to force him to misbehave with Piya. Is she INSANE? I don't think she gave Abhay anything except good genes that translated into good looks.
