I loved this post, Poco. 😳
Abhay is not exactly like any Salvatore brother, or any vampire, for that matter. He has his own personality - though inspired in bits and pieces from different stories, they fit together to create a wonderful puzzle. 😳
Damon has that black hue, as you said. He is not exactly what you would call evil, but he's not a angel either. He is a normal vampire, not too good, not too bad. And Abhay takes some shades from him. He has a black aura too, but it's more of mystery than bloodlust. He's not evil either, and he's not a angel either. He's a perfect normal vampire, unless and until someone comes who can drive his thirst levels out of control.
Stefan is just like Edward, in many ways. And Abhay hasn't copied much from these two vampires YET. Except for the 'saviour' bit, and his 'entry', he is very much different in terms of personalities. He doesn't want to come across as a angel anywhere like both of them.
