I agree with Mona...its not a copy of twiligh as the Ekta and other stars themselves said it...we cannot say anything before the show starts,..so lets wait till the show airs..the idea is taken from the movie but we cannot say its ditto a copy of twilight.

I totally agree with Mona and CoolAquarious.

The promo was aired when there was a different script but then the showed delayed because ekta wanted to change the script and she hired and fired many of her writers and when they couldn't do anything she herself wrote PKYEK.
Many article clearly indicates that PKYEK is not similar to Twilight , its a passionate love story with sideline of lead having supernatural powers.
Let the show begin then only you can debate on this issue as until now no viewer knows the exact story of Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahani.

1. none of the options- my option would be, why not? let it air! as long as adaptions and copies of stories r going on all around the world specially in every inidan show n movie this one which is only an adaption with changes in storyline is the least issue compared to those movies which r 'exact' copies, so if illegal nd copyright r to be discussed those others r first in the list. and as for this show the awesome cast it brings us makes the awaiters look by all those things.

2- if some ppl have issues with stealing nd 'cheating' i guess it means u also have problems with twilight,steph meyers story which have got many ideas from previous vampire stories before her story, she has just changed it but still resembles many of the earlier stories, doesnt that bother u ' defenders' of copyright? or is it ur consern of cheating only regarding ' other' than twilight?

the only thing inspired form twilight is the idea of a human falling for a person who is not who they seem to be, they are immortal or something else.

its come from twilight coz twilight's hype has brought back the idea of forbidden love

and its not illegal becoz ekta has said she has been inspired by twilight, she does give twilight credit

3- for those ones who r worried the ' magic' of twilight will be deatroyed by this there is a simple solution to this unlogical statment: Dont watch it so it wont be destroyed for u:) whats with the deal of spoiling it for the awaiters with ur negaitivity? nd how on earth can a movies value be destroyed by another? 😕
many of the awaiters like me r fans of the twilight saga n have np problems with this show beeing adapted from the sagas,so i guess that says it all:)

instead of objecting over the fact of PKyEK being copied or whatever.

its would be better if many other english concepts are adapted by indian tv producers .

bcoz english shows and films are something that may defintiely be successful in indian tv as they dont have the typical rona-dhona scenes.

u mean to say true blood and all the other vampire movies are copied from twilight?.

im a diehard twilight fan,but i yet dont agree with u. twilight isnt copied, its just that the show has a closely similar concept where the male actor has supernatural powers. just bcoz ppl are speculating the lead actor is a vampire doesnt mean the story is about twilight. vampire doesnt equal twilight get that straight in ur imbecile head first.

yes at first it seemed like ths might be similar to twilight, but nw it seems ekta has been changin the script quite a lot, so i am sure its nt stealing!😉

and even if it was a copy twilight i would still enjoy watching it becoz i luv twilight, i am obsessed wid twilight, nd becoz i also love romance with a little edge to it!

nt to mention, ekta is makin something that is new to the indian industry, nd it will be nice to watch her experiments!

i mean i sometimes wonder hw this show will end up being, nd yes, i admit i was a bit doubtful in da begining as well😔, nd hve made some comments where i critiszid it, but i didnt mean it in a bad way, i was just wonderin is all, so i am sorry if i offended anyone😔! but nw i am very excited about the show!

so lets all give PKYEK a chance to shine, i will defo be watchin it, nd i am also hopin tht abhay will be a vamp😳!
