like other beauty queens she also joined industry after winning the body beautiful in Gladrags MEGA model 2000" she hails from small city in the lovely Uttranchal state of India, like other model from thr likes of niharika singh n others from Dehradun.barkha has done many adds likes of Dominos Pizza. Yamaha Bikes n pepsi to name few. her family was against her joining the industry but sucess kept her moving ahead in the Industry.😳

Barhka's says the way this Industry function thats the main reason why her parents were against her to join it,but i told them that i would never join the Bollywood instead i will do Television, n sucess follwed her footstep as she got mega serials pretty soon in her career likes of all the balaji bigwies"Kasauti","Kaise yeh Pyaar hai" n Kavanjali to name few.

But in all the serials she was'nt the main Protagnist until the serial "Pyaar ke do naam ... Ek Radha Ek Shyam"where is in the lead with double role. she loves Travelling,Reading n cooking.like other girls from small town she also faced the culture shock in the Mumbai regarding that she says "there is struggle in all th efields but because we are in entartainment industry so our problems are in open n disscussed more often, n problems are personnel ".

barkha further says that she loves homely atmosphere, n hence i don't believe in going everywhere searching for work, if it is meant for u it will come ur way no matter what n dats why i never wanted to join the Bollywood.
In the end Barkha says that working with Producyion house like Rajshri gave her strong Plateform n this is quite esstentials for new actors in this line but you can get sucess by Hardwork only as sucess has no Shortcuts.
