She has to be free for next drama. Else had enough reasons to accept Mohan's case against her already;tried to execute R,attacked Mohan,faked proofs against R. Can be that want to punish her for all the times she attacked R and reopen Tulsi death case to blame her for that too,only to be shocked;not ready yet,bit more drag.

Now that is revealed Mohan has law degree (and he's more calm regarding their past) could handle Tulsi death case alone,no Shekhar needed. Fair only to be the one who gives his wife justice&eternal peace. Even if would be painful to fight against and punish someone close.

Seems like a law degree is something they concocted out of thin air to make M the saviour of R in every way - life and law. However it does question his thinking abilities - always felt odd that he never asked himself 'since i didnt kill T and i am being tried for murder, who did it?' With some training in law, it feels even more odd. T murder v/s suicide does not look like the mysterious puzzle that they make it out to be. Same goes for the sms that T allegedly sent, or these letters.. unless of course, he bunked all the classes and appeared only for the exams.
