awww same im a big fan of gurdas ji... normally listen to loads of stuff tho... some people have some really wonderful voices... an then u get some who cant sing to save their life.... i cant say much tho karke meri awaaaz inni chungi nehi

I'm actually not really Punjabi song fan ji, just Gurdas Maan, and majority of Hans Raj I like. But to dance all are wonderful kyon ke when dancing it's more of moving than actually understanding the meaning ji.

aww thats ok... im just raised in the industry u can say the uk bhangra started off in birmingham mera home town.. an dad n that used to listen to mostly bhangra n that.. toh mein vi vargeya vich.... hans raj hans i used to like some of his very old work... it was really deep n powerful i thought... recently i didnt think... he tries as hard...

Ji, UK music is really nice ji. I'm actually way somewhere in the 90s ji. I have no idea what's in or not. I go to Uni, help mom, then study, and watch Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki with family ji. My friend keeps me up to date with what's in so I don't feel too lost ji lol

aur tussi hindi music sunde ya...

i feel tho that music has improved quite a bit from the past.... but i hate when they sample other music.. like dr dre da hove je kissi hor da... i mean sare music wale talented hunde ya.. te they should produce chunga mujic..... twada ki keyaal ya ji

I actually like old music in the sense ke it had some meaning to it ji. I really liked Hans Raj ke shabad a lot, na maa rehni na peo bandhya....one of the best ji. More than concentrating on a good meaning, they concentrate on ke how much clothing is needed as a minimum ji. Inne chote chote kapde, makes me so gussa ji.

simran ji i totally agree with u.... yeaa i also listen to old stuff to at times an i really like shabads meinu inna pasand si gurdware vich kareedi si ji.... haan meaning acha hunda ya. true very true...i know gosh edha di videos naa parivaar dekh ke kush ya.... na assi... naale gaana da mood hi karab kar dinde ya... log bade stupid hai ji....

Old is gold ji. Aaj ka te no meaning, just more on the small clothes. Aaj kal ke singers may have good voices, and songs ok. But their music videos are what I dislike ji. Sharam ni hondi and then say assi Punjab ki sabhaya nu poori tarah izzat dende aa. I feel like slapping them ji. They way they are taking Punjab, Rab hi bachaye ji.

Sorry if I offended ji, it's my opinion. And my opinion ji is not worth getting gussa over, hope you didn't mind.

aww nehi re u never offended me ji naale assi gussa nehi hunde jaldi worry na karo.... but i totally agree with u about the videos n that sharam taan koi nehi hagi afterall punjab will look bad because stupid youngesters genaration an they think its all gud ji karda tappar lahdema... i prefer old singers tho.. i mean voices are so calm n powerful... they sound so gud... an what was wonderful about the old days everything was live recorded these days sare studio vich behte ya... an spend hours of time on it..... but everythings digitised today ji..

It's really sad how they defend ke it was necessary to show the girl in tiny clothings, only way to progress the song ji. That is why I like Gurdas Maan, he shows a real Punjab culture, and the true nature of what it means to be Punjabi(my opinion). I got really hooked to the culture, and behaved Punjabi rather than Indo-Canadian b/c of his songs ji, along with my family. The videos are not at all watcable with family. I hate it when they say ke family ke saath dekhni wali hai ji. Haye, I try to dig a hole and hide in it when my dad watches the same ji. Thappar marne wale hai, main maar ke aati hoon ji
