AK is trying to protect what he feels is his as is Rishi.

Rishi should never have never entered into an argument with AK. The discussion would be between the parents only. No other parties. Now matters are escalating and Rishi is angry with her again and acting irrational and childish again. Instead of just talking it through calmly, everyone is just shouting and no one is listening.
