I am so glad that I managed to write a lighthearted story for a change, not in one part part but anyhoo.

Blame it all on youth hey, the strong and confident career driven hottie was so one track minded and serious that he could not even recognize that he was pursued. And he was stern and to the point that he was too successful in hiding his true feelings.

Finally he matured. And when he realized his mistake he was not going to repeat it.

So the tables turned and he started to pursue her.

She denied him, but she gave herself away so many times, like choosing him as the first person to share her good news as you mentioned.

His pursuit was quite brazen and clear for all to see, bringing out her anger, she secretly loved it too.

But she did love Prashant and yes she was loyal to him, but luckily he was a stand up guy that knew her so well and her well being was and happiness was paramount.

I like that you mentioned the relation with Amaan. In fact I wanted to portray the closeness of the whole family and extended family including Akash's family. Easy going and accepting.

And i toyed with the idea of making a happily ever after for Prashant in a leap situation but it would have been even longer then. (And no this does not give you grounds to make demands or requests)
