In the southern part rice is consumed most as rice is the main crop. Hence rice based dishes and items are found majorly. Likewise wheat based items in the northern part of India 😃

Cities based on coastal regions consume fish more. I'm sure Jhil, as she's Bengali, eats fish and no other meat 😳
