And I'm happy that I was able to analyze like Tess (even if it was only 30-40%)

I really loved the comment too,

Bee, even I loved Tessa's analysis 👏
And I'll wait to read your response on her comment

Yes this story's characters have so many flaws but then that's what makes them real human beings. And for that I want to Thank You and Applaud You for going with your gut and writing this story ⭐️

Before I start my comment, let me just say that I'm astounded by the harsh reactions to poor Aarti Did I read a completely different version? the way I saw it, Aarti is not at fault for agreeing to marry Prashant. Heck she tried refusing him as they both knew she loved Yash. Having had the damn front row seats as he put it, he should have steered clear but he knowingly walked into the fire choosing to be blind! Damn fool, messing up lives, especially poor Ansh's! 😡 realizing what he hoped for was not possible he lost it! And to top things he went and cheated. Aarti not conceiving just proved that they weren't meant to be! But I still feel like this helped purge Aarti from his system. Now he knows that Aarti is not for him and can do away with any romantic hopes for her. At least they are parting amicably. He can move on with his Neda...

This brings me to my other point. We have three types of women here. Neda knows what she wants and is not afraid to snatch it by any means. She knows she has a chance because Aarti does not love Prashant and she boldly goes to ask her to step aside. She she was polite doing it, but still, which mistress goes and stakes her claim to the wife's face?

Then there is Arpita. She really is to be pitied having to watch the deep love between her husband and the other woman; a love so strong that just a look is enough to convey it. Her happiness is dependent on whichever crumbs he chooses to throw her way; she knows Aarti needs only to say I want you back and it will all be over. Yes she is a good and kind woman but some part of her befriended Aarti to ensure that she never chooses to hurt her. Also this story so perfectly highlights human flaws; being selfish in love and choosing to have her love by her side, even if she does not really have him is Arpita's one flaw.

Moving onto Aarti... She made so many mistakes. In everything that happened thus far, she is trying to make good of a bad situation. Be it giving birth to an illegitimate son, befriending the wife of her love for her son's stability, marrying a man she does not love in the hopes of moving on... In this whole mess she really has gotten the shortest end of the stick. She sacrifices and places others' happiness above her own. She let Yash go for Arpita, she let great in-laws and a good family for her son go for neda, and Prashant. She knows she will only truly be happy with Yash and she already lost him, what's losing a loveless marriage to that?

I could feel their pain during that one stolen night. They knew it was wrong but the desparation of drifting so much apart had them giving into their weakness 😭

so as Asmani said this is a complete and utter mess! A downright disaster in which no one is truly happy!

Thanks for this wonderful story Honey-Bee! Moreover, I love that I have the honor of it being a gift to me ❤️

so it's not copy and paste 😆

Firstly thanks for not copying and pasting.

Once again, I found the responses so interesting but this was one that I could not ignore. It was detailed and concise and in many ways reflects what I saw in my mind's eye whilst writing. Though I really appreciate the other opinions and comments as well

Firstly, i must say that we all have different perceptions of and interpretations of a piece, but I too was surprised that all the blame was assigned to Aarti. In my mind while writing I felt that each one in their own way contributed to the horrible mess that resulted. They all knew deep down what they were doing was wrong, but in their defence they were all so desperately looking for a piece of happiness and in doing so just made the situation worse and involving more people. I do think though Prashant had such high hopes for their relationship that he could not cope with reality.

And on the subject Ansh: It affects him in the long run. More so than the other two. And they will have their work cut out to help their son.

This brings me to my other point. We have three types of women here. Neda knows what she wants and is not afraid to snatch it by any means. She she was polite doing it, but still, which mistress goes and stakes her claim to the wife's face?

Correct, Neda was not going to be as self-sacrificing as Aarti and Arpita. She loved him, she accepted him when he came to her, even though he was married and she undertook to keep him. What she did perhaps was morally wrong, but in my mind she took the opportunity that came to her and knowing Aarti's character and circumstances. She knew that she would not be refused. Prashant felt remorse and then just resigned himself to the consequences. I hope they will be happy as I am not going to explore much of the relationship.

This comment reminds me of the saying "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Not that they were technically enemies but she was the opposition and a very real and constant threat. In order to retain a semblance of ordinary as a married woman, she made the decision to become part of her step son's life and that ensconced her further into Yash's life. What better way was there as the one person he loved as much as Aarti was his son. That was both her strength and her weakness. The weakness was that she should have walked her away. Her strength was that she stayed and fought alongside her husband and strove to make the best of a terrible situation.

Moving onto Aarti... She made so many mistakes. In everything that happened thus far, she is trying to make good of a bad situation. Be it giving birth to an illegitimate son, befriending the wife of her love for her son's stability, marrying a man she does not love in the hopes of moving on... Many, many, many mistakes - agreed. She thought marrying Prashant was her way out. Out of Yash and Arpitas' life and a way out of her loneliness. I must have been the worst thing in the world to be witness to the man that you love with his wife and family and you are on the outside looking in. Always yearning for the impossible.

I could feel their pain during that one stolen night. They knew it was wrong but the desparation of drifting so much apart had them giving into their weakness

That one stolen night was a hard thing for me. It was a terrible thing, but as I stated before we are all fallible. We all make mistakes. And so did they. It was an unintentional brief moment of perfection, before they had to face what they had done to a person that is so undeserving of betrayal. So they were remorseful when reality set in. But once again, in my mind I can't begrudge them a moment of bliss.

so as Asmani said this is a complete and utter mess! A downright disaster in which no one is truly happy!

Thanks for this wonderful story Honey-Bee! Moreover, I love that I have the honor of it being a gift to me

You deserve the bestest of the best. This is just a little sign of appreciation.

Thanks Bee for pouring what was in your heart while writing this story, in Tessa's comments.

I am now more than eager to see where you will take this story and how you will bring happiness in their lives. Knowing you, I am 100% sure it will be worth the wait ⭐️

now got divorce prashant cheated on her with neda 😡
god seriously aarti is trouble maker 😡
bcoz of her nobody happy 😡
yash & arpita is husband wife but their marriage have no love from yash side
bcoz of aarti ansh couldn't get proper family 😡
I just feel like to kill aarti right here for what she did 😡 😡 😡
continue plz

oooh, so many red emoji;s😭. And so much anget to Aarti. I disagree though. No one was forced to anything. Prashant knew the situation and he still pursued her till she gave and hoping for happiness. I don't consider Aarti a trouble maker but more of a troubled soul. She made mistakes but so did everyone else. Each one had equal blame. I hope with the next chapter there will be more compassion for Aarti😳

In all this 'game of live' she has failed to realise her son will be psychologically affected ! It will be an intelligent decision if she goes 'missing' with Ansh ! Make a fresh start far away from memories !

As per my reply to Manita, i disagee that Aarti is the soul perpetrator here. everyone made decisions to led to the current events. And to take Ansh away from his father, a step-mother that loves him and siblings that he adores, would only do him more harm. At least that is a constant in his life. He is secure in all his parents love.
