Prateek came into the lounge with an average height young girl wearing fitted black skinny jeans with rips and patches; a black short tight top, lots of dark make up on, dog tags and collar around her neck, high heeled short boots she looked goth or maybe a wanabe goth.

Prateek introduced Paridhi who smiled and said "Hello"

Yash, Pankaj and Vidhi mouth was opened their eyes open huge in shock "Hello" answered Vidhi while the men stared at the young sexy girl with body piercings and a tattoo on her lower back

Aarti "Hi Pari how are you all is well I hope. Prateek said he is cooking lunch today lets go into the kitchen and help"

"But babes I brought my video to show you my producer said that I bring a freshness to the show that they youths connect with me and we are gaining an international following. I wanted to go out and celebrate"

"Pari honey bear my brothers are here to spend the day I can't leave them now be a good girl and help be a good host and lets us cook up a storm" taking her hand and lightly kissing it gently moving her in the direction of the kitchen

Aarti was ready to explode in laughter because the men was still gawking unable to comprehend what just happened while Vidhi was saying "What was that her parents lets her out of the house dressed like that"

G3 was like you have not seen it all just wait and was rolling her eyes.

Yash "Is she goth or suffering from poor fashion skills"
Pankaj "I think it is too much MTV and western shows influence"

Aarti "You men don't know it is the latest fad tongue piercings and body art "

Pankaj said "There were goth girls and boys in university in London with us remember Yash you had a couple of friends who were into that"

Yash "Yeah but this is the first time I am seeing an Indian girl living here in Bhopal dressed like that"

Vidhi who begun laughing said "get with the programme times are changing; look at her hair style there has to be an entire jar of gel in it to make that pointy Mohawk"

G3 said "you now understand what I mean plus she can't even boil water to save her life"

"Ma where did Prateek find her?" asked Pankaj

"They were in collage together then both went to London for work and further their education."Yash was she always like that?"

Aarti "Yes she has always dared to be different and her parents don't mind they support her decisions"

"OH so you know her from before?" asked Vidhi

"Yes just imagine her walking the corridors of SM dadiji and buaji would have a fit or maybe a stroke" said Aarti

"Ma what do you think could you accept her as your bahu" asked Pankaj

"Honestly I know that she will never be the traditional bahu I dreamt of for Prateek but under all that costume she is a good girl who can't cook or do housework but we can always have maids. Paridhi is an educated working woman with her own style she is very respectful, a bit spoilt by her parents, Aarti always manages to teach her something even if was only how to light the stove." Answered G3 smiling

Aarti said, "Bhabhi let us go and help our devar in the kitchen and leave ma and her sons to get acquainted" on their way the three kids came running towards them

Vedant "Mama we just met our future chachi can I get piercings on my lip and my tongue?"

"NO!" came the shout from his parents

"See I told you nah they would freak out" laughed Vidicka and little Ansh

In the kitchen, the women helped Prateek cut the vegetables Aarti patiently explained to Paridhi what to do in between listening to how her job was progressing she had a large fan following on the social networks, and he RJ part time job was going well.

Lunch was served a bit late but no one minded they were all getting to know each other and enjoying themselves.

Back at the SM Maya and her ma was dying from curiosity as to where Pankaj took his family and were they not back yet then Akash came and informed them that Pankaj bhayia said that they will be home late tonight don't keep dinner for them.

Radha on the other hand seemed to be very happy during lunch she spoke to Akash and Neelum about taking them to the home of an old friend of hers and introducing them; when Maya intervened and said why don't she invite her friend to the SM and introduce all. Radha quickly said that her friend will not be in town for long and is very busy so they will meet for lunch in a restaurant, which will be convenient for all concern.

SP tried to get Radha to change her mind and invite her friend over but Radha said that she will forget the whole thing and would meet her friend next time that she is in town.

Maya started to argue that since when she is so secretive about her friends and if she is ashamed of her family or if her friend is one of them modern W**** then she should keep the children away for that type of women.

Radha replied "didi when you don't understand something you should keep quiet"

Her saasuma "Bahu have respect for Maya she is your elder and I agree with her if we are not good enough to introduce to your friend then the children should also be kept away. This woman must be one of your old college friends a working woman with no sense of family value or culture.

Radha was angry but saw no point in wasting her time and energy in arguing with these two old witches.

In Akash's room Radha told him to be ready tomorrow for lunch and make sure and bring his sister she will call and tell him where to go.

Back at G3's house Aarti told how both Prateek and her taught G3 ma how to drive a car; that it took them almost three years but now she can drive very good on her own now she drives a delivery van

G3 said she was forced to learn after they left her and she had her orders to deliver and the driver was demanding more money which she could not pay at that time.

Yash and Pankaj listened in amazement at the different trials their ma had to overcome in her life. First as a girl child growing up back in the late sixties early seventies, then her arranged marriage with the equally young SP: living with her in laws. Then her struggle after they threw her out which turned out to be the happiest time of her life living there in the orphanage with her baby boy then meeting five year old Aarti whom she love on sight

Even Paridhi was looking at her in admiration of all that she accomplished she told "G3 auntie you are a heroine to me someone I can look up too. All my life my parents give me everything I always wanted and enough freedom to do as I pleased. I never really appreciated them just took everything for granted but when I go home I am going to hug them and tell them how much I love then and thank them for everything; maybe even try and change a little to be a normal daughter that I am sure they want" she smiled

Prateek said "Don't change to much I like you just how you are"

A couple of hours after dinner a tired Pankaj, Vidhi, and kids made their way back to SM to be greeted by Radha who was sleeping in the lounge waiting for them; she just smiled and kissed them asking if they had a good time; and are they happy now; because they knew that Maya might be lurking somewhere in the dark listening to their conversation.

The following day Radha went to G3's home a few minutes later Akash and Neelum joined them and was introduced to G3 as Yash's and Pankaj's ma they were surprised because they knew her as Aarti's Bhabhi traditional ma who always kept her face covered. They also met Prateek who was an instant hit with them as they to remember him from AarYa's engagement and wedding.
