Part E
In this new orphanage Gayatri was living and working with her young two year old son Prateek. She helped with the cooking and cleaning and part time she did sewing and designing for the children many visitors to the home loved her clothes and asked if she will sew for them and the money will be given to the orphanage G3 agreed and she had the help of the older girls.
G3 met the shy Aarti crying in the hallway she was alone so G3 approached and ask"Betie what wrong why are you crying?"
"Auntie i am new here and the big kids don't like me they took away my food and told me to eat of the ground and one girl she slapped me hard on my cheeks" and she showed G3 the red hand print on her face.
G3 felt sorry for this child she took her into her arms and went to the matron to complain on the child's behalf.
The matron told G3 all that she knew about Aarti how her dada ji paid extra money and requested that no one was to adopt her that her nanaji was a bad man who wanted to hurt her so she is there for her own protection.
Gayatri said "Betie your name is Aarti "
Aarti shook her head yes.
"Would you like to meet my son and stay with me in my room?"
Aarti shook her head in yes
G3 asked the matron if she would be kind enough to allow this cute child to gave her as a mother, she was not adopting her nor was she taking her away from the orphanage so they were not breaking any rules or the promise the matron give her dada ji so he will continue to give them money as charity.
Aarti met Prateek and they became friends G3 loved and protected both children and made extra money sewing clothes.
Time passed and both kids attended school Aarti loved her G3 ma she learned a lot from her and Prateek was her loving little brother but she realised that her ma was always sad during certain times of the year.Aarti and Prateek made sure to cheer her up during these days.G3 encouraged Aarti in her art and love for dancing, and Aarti did everything to make her ma proud of her she studied and got scolarships to help her attend a better school in Bhopal where she met Yash who is two years her senior.
Then she got another scolarship to study law in Delhi.
G3 and Prateek were so proud of her; before Aarti left G3 told her what little she knew about Aarti's past and she told her about why both she and Prateek were living in the orphanage.
End of Flash back
"Aaru why are you stopping now?"
"Yashu arent you tired you had been walking around searching for us and you got soaked in the rain here let me make some ginger tea for you and you can sleep after i promise i will continue tomorrow after you had a good rest" and she kissed him
After she left Yash looked around the room it was large there were pictures of Ansh as a baby, their wedding picture, another with a young Aarti, Prateek and G3 ma they looked so happy together. They were a couple of paintings of beautiful senic view with trees flowers birds and butterflies.
Yash smiled at those he recognised it as Aarti work they also had a few hanging in there room in SM
