Workshops are similar to conventions but on a lower scale as it for students. But basically you have facilitators for the dorms, that oversee them, for younger children or youth groups. But can also be left unattended for more mature individuals. But you have the normal breaks to mingle between the lectures or team building exercises or in the case of art, they will probably be creating artwork. During supper and after there could be time for socializing. It is normally split between genders and normally has a communal bathroom, between the genders.i hope this helps
