Sadly I can't answer any of your questions now as they are what the whole story is all about
All I'll say is that Aarti won't forgive him till the very end. Remember in the prologue she says that she Hates him and that is after five years. But the prologue also says that Yash loves her. So your hunch is right here that he has fallen in love with her. The realization track will be little different and his punishment also.
But once again you'll have to wait dear

Regarding what you want to know about Arpita, well for that also you'll have to wait patiently
Just remember that in the first two chapters both sisters are 23 years old. Yash was looking for her for five years. That means they were around 17. And the story will take a leap of five years, as per the prologue.
People change in ten years. They become more mature. These characters will also change according to time.
