hi everyone. first of all sorry for delaying the post. i was having my practical exams going on so was busy with the preparations. this part is mainly dedicated to many good friends i have found here jhillarya, nikki di, rosey,folla,annirogic,nirmalac,ksen,sb1410 who have been constantly supporting this my works. pardon me if i have missed out someone. hope you all will like this part.

CHAPTER-4

THE FIRST HANGOUT

Aarthi woke up next morning and was startled to see her family waiting eagerly for her to wake up. From their faces she could know that they hadn't slept the whole night. She felt sorry for making them stay awake the whole night but on the other hand she did feel excited for keeping them on their toe making them guess what would have probably happened. She decided to play even more with them. She got up acting as if she was very tired. As soon as she got up shobha rushed to her" aarthi enough of having fun tell us what happened there. Did yash like you? What did he say about this marriage?" Prem came next saying" I haven't stayed awake the whole night even for exams didi but yesterday I wasn't even able to close my eyes. Please didi have some mercy on us" Sathyendra was sitting next to shobha waiting to hear what had happened. Aarthi changed her expression appearing to be sad and spoke" Maa I didn't want to say it yesterday itself and break your hearts. I wanted you all to sleep peacefully. Prem you know na man proposes god disposes. How can I say what happened yesterday." She immediately closed her eyes with her hands and acted as if she was sobbing. She then silently looked from the corner of her eyes to see their reactions. She saw them all disheartened which she couldn't bear. So she decided to break the suspense. Aarthi again continued" How can I tell you all that I will be leaving you all here in a few days to live in scindhya mansion as Mrs.Yash scindhya?" She then started laughing loud and exclaimed" Can't you all understand even now yashji has accepted for this marriage. Now why are you all staring at me like this?" Prem said" How mean didi. You made us all stay awake the whole night and above it you were playing prank on three innocent souls. Now we can't forgive you. Soldiers take your weapons." Aarthi wasn't expecting this as she saw her family pick up three big pillows. She immediately pulled out two pillows and held them in her hands to defend their attacks. They involved in pillow fight, which was her family's regular pastime a year back. By the time they were done with it aarthi saw her whole room shabby. She turned to ask them "Now who will clean this mess?" By that time shobha, sathyendra and prem were near the door of her room replying" Don't you know. The person, who made us all stay awake the whole night and person, who made us all anxious in the morning with her pranks is going to do it". Before she could reply she saw them run away in different direction. She shouted" So you all took your revenge. I have all the enemies in my home. But don't be so happy I will be back soon my dears." She then cleaned her clumsy room, took the bath and went downstairs to see her family waiting for her with a plate full of jilebis. She looked at them and spoke" So you all know how to convince me. But you know what? You all have become way too naughty". Before she could continue the three of them rushed stuffing the jilebis in her mouth as prem said" Have you forgotten didi, start good things with sweet?" and stuffed more jilebis in her mouth. Aarthi placed both her hands in the plate and started feeding her family.

"What's going on here?" Aarthi's family turned to see the source of that familiar voice. The smile and happiness in their face deepened as they saw aarthi's friends, zoya and asad standing in front of them. Both of them were aarthi's friends since her school days. They both eventually fell in love with each other ending up marrying. They were fully aware of aarthi's state after that fateful day he left her and always comforted her with their warm love and affection. They had gone to asad's hometown which was a little away from Bhopal as asad's mother was ill. They knew aarthi would be dull on that fateful day so thought about meeting her after they returned. So as soon as they returned they rushed to her home only to see a different sight welcoming them. They saw the once happy family smiling again. What had happened in the couple of days they were not in the town was buzzing on their minds as zoya put forth the question. On seeing zoya and asad, aarthi ran and stuffed some jilebis in their mouth too. They knew very well aarthi would feed jilebis only when she had something happy to share about. They looked questioningly at aarthi as aarthi looked down towards the floor feeling shy. Zoya, on seeing her expression exclaimed "Asad pinch me please. Am I dreaming or is it reality? Check on the news channel whether the sun has risen in the west?" Aarthi giggled on hearing zoya's animated talk and expression and hit on her head slightly. Zoya continued" So are you going to continue staring at the floor or are you going to say us the reason?" Prem rushed to zoya and asad and spoke "Zoya didi after few days you can't see aarthi didi in this home." Zoya was startled hearing it" Now what is this aarthi. You will be asking our opinion for all stupid things and you decided to leave to a foreign country without our consent. How dare you decide to leave us?" Aarthi saw both of them visually upset as she put her hands on their shoulders saying" Oh my stupid crazy people just listen to what prem has to say completely and then speak". Zoya signaled prem to continue. Prem continued" Zoya didi aarthi didi isn't leaving to any country. She is just going leave this house because she is going to get married!!" Zoya and asad stood dumbstruck looking at aarthi, who was smiling looking at their expressions. Zoya pinched herself to check whether it was really a reality." How did all this happen so fast? Aarthi as long as I could remember you told me you have decided to remain Ms. Aarthi dubey till the end of your life. Now what changed madam's decision. Did you see any handsome guy? Were you smitten by his looks? winked zoya." We would talk everything in detail but after breakfast. I'm damn hungry. Please lets have breakfast na" replied aarthi. Zoya and asad nodded in acceptance. They all sat together to have the breakfast as zoya entertained them filling them with the happenings at asad's home. After completing the breakfast, zoya sat on the sofa pulling asad and aarthi to sit along" Now you had breakfast na. Stomach full na. Now tell us." Aarthi was about to start when she saw satyendra getting ready for office so she replied" Not today zoya need to go to office". Zoya immediately spoke to sathyendra making aarthi to take leave on that day. She again came to the sofa" Today you are on leave and now it's zoya's order. I demand answer aarthi". Aarthi smiled at zoya's eagerness and looked at asad with a question" How do you manage this girl at home?" The question was followed by loud laughs of aarthi and asad as zoya made a puppy face. Aarthi decided not to drag it anymore as she started narrating from her meeting with gayathri in the temple, the truth she learnt from her, her acceptance of the proposal, her first meet with yash and yash's acceptance for the marriage. Zoya and asad glanced at her without even a blink of eyes. They both took time for registering what she said. Zoya placed her hands on aarthi's shoulders and pulled her into a hug "Aarthi you don't know how much we were waiting for this day. You were there to help me identify my feelings for asad. You were there to support us in every step we took towards marriage. You helped us in becoming the soul mates. But do you ever know how bad we felt to see you like that? Every time you cried thinking about him we put up a brave front and came to comfort you but do you ever know the tears that fell from our eyes on seeing you in that state? At last all our prayers are answered today. You have found your soul mate again." Asad spoke" Are you two done with your drama? Do you two even realize a person named asad exist in this room?" Aarthi and zoya broke their hug as they tapped on his head pulling him too into their hug. Zoya, who got emotional on hearing the news from aarthi returned back to her normal form and she spoke" So aarthi as you and my dear hubby are on leave today, why don't we go out for shopping? Asad has a lot of money in his wallet." Aarthi got up with a why not as asad's expression changed on hearing the shocking event, which was going to occur. He very well knew about the time they will take for shopping. Anyhow he was in a good mood that day on hearing what aarthi told and was willing to take them out. So aarthi along with zoya and asad went to mall enjoying her afternoon with them.

Yash was busy in his office when he received a call from simar "Bhaiya please come home quick, its urgent." Yash got panicked on hearing it as he rushed to his home. He saw no one in the living room and got tensed. Someone patted on his shoulders and he turned to see two people standing there. He was shocked" You two!! How come you both are here?" They smiled as they spoke out" Just returned today. Thought of surprising you buddy" Yash replied" What's the need of making simar call me and panicking me? You always do things in different way vikram." The two people were none other than yash's close friends vikram and neha. Vikram was staying in U.S.A for a project with his wife and returned back only the last night. So he rushed to see yash the day he returned back. Before yash could continue his scoldings, simar came for vikram's rescue" Bhaiya if I hadn't called you, you wouldn't have come here. By the way you have something to share with vikram bhaiya and neha bhabhi na." Neha got curious to know what yash had to share and exclaimed" Oh really what is it macho man?" Yash invited them to his room and they saw his room hasn't changed even a bit. It was still filled with arpita's memories. They knew he could never get over her but they still hoped some magic will happen at some point in his life. Yash sat on his bed signaling them to sit down. They sat down and were about to question him when he spoke" I'm getting married vikram." They were flabbergasted on hearing what he said. Neha tapped on his shoulders" So does it means you got over her yash." Yash smiled as he replied" That would never happen in this life neha." His answer stunned them even more as he narrated the stuffs that had happened. They were surprised on hearing about aarthi. Neha was curious to know more about her" This girl is just unique yash. I'm waiting to see her soon." Vikram smiled "Why should we wait neha? We are meeting her today and it is final." Yash looked at him shocked" Now what do you expect me to do vikram?" Vikram smiled" Let's all go out for a dinner yash. You should have her number na. Call her and ask her to come." Yash responded hesitantly" But the reality is I don't have her number vikram." Vikram and neha chuckled on hearing what he said" You are really an alien in this world yash. I have an idea. Why don't you visit her home and bring her to the restaurant. We have to visit neha's mother too. Be there sharp at 6 pm with her okay. Oh forgot to tell bring her to the restaurant which we used to visit regularly okay. Now we have got to go bye." Before yash could say something, they were out of his sight. He now knew he can't escape. So he went to his mother to ask aarthi's address. Gayathri was more than happy to know yash wanted to visit aarthi's home" I also wanted to tell you yash. Except aarthi no one in her home had seen you. So it would be better if you visit them." She gave him the address as he set out for aarthi's residence.

After shopping aarthi along with zoya and asad went to the orphanage to spend some time with the children and Mr. sharma. She called shobha to inform that she was in orphanage and would be back in the evening. After aarthi's call shobha called the man who collects old newspapers for money to take the newspapers at their home. He also told that he would send a new guy who he had appointed recently as he was out of town. Shobha thanked as she went to continue her work in the kitchen. After ten minutes shobha heard a calling bell ring and she went to open the door. She saw a guy dressed in casual t-shirt and jeans as she exclaimed" Oh nowadays you people have also started dressing trendily. Anyways come with me to the store room and take those old newspapers. This satheyendra ji buys all newspapers in the the town. Only god knows what's different in all those papers." She went on walking towards the store room as the guy was constantly trying to say something. She was about to scold him when she heard the calling bell ring again. Shobha again went to open the door to see the real old paper guy. It was when the earlier guy introduced him to be yash scindhya. Shobha was dumbstruck on realizing what she had done and apologized to yash. Yash smiled as he requested her not feel sorry as shobha made him sit on sofa giving him a plate full of snacks. Yash told them the reason of his visit as shobha told aarthi had gone to visit the orphanage. Yash asked her permission to take aarthi out for dinner which shobha accepted gladly. When yash asked about the other persons at home, shobha told him that sathyendra and prem were at office and school respectively. Yash give her a photo of him, which she could show to them as he took leave from there taking her blessing. After he left the excited shobha called her husband and son asking them to return soon.

Yash reached the orphanage, whose address he had got from shobha. He entered the orphanage as he felt happiness and peace everywhere in that simple place. He wasn't able to find anyone around as he saw an old man approaching him. He introduced himself to be sharma. Yash also introduced himself. On knowing he was yash, sharma was really happy as he knew from aarthi he was aarthi's fianc. He invited him to his room and gave him tea to drink. He then started speaking to yash" You know one thing yash, you are really lucky to get a girl like aarthi in your life. I'm not saying just because she is close to me. I know her for three years and in all these years she has never changed. Here many people come to donate old stuffs and give money but the people here need warmth and affection which they are deprived of since their birth. Aarthi is one such person who has a lot of affection and care within her and she never hesitates in showering it to the people who needs it. We were all waiting to see her happily settled and now it is going to happen. Please fill her life with happiness yash. She had already suffered a lot in her life." Yash wanted to know more about her past but he saw sharma already overwhelmed so he decided to talk about it later with aarthi. He patted on sharma's shoulder and nodded his head assuring him that he would take good care of aarthi. He then questioned" By the way sharmaji where is aarthiji? She is nowhere to be seen." Sharma smiled as he took yash near his room's window. Yash peeped out through the window as he saw aarthi amongst the kids of the orphanage. He just stood mesmerized seeing her. She was in just a simple red salwar. Her hair flew in the air as it was untied and a strand of hair landed in front of her face. He instantly felt the urge to move that strand of hair which was hindering his view. He saw how she became a kid along with the children in the orphanage. He smiled on seeing how her chocolate brown eyes made a thousand of animated expressions. Sharma, who stood beside yash saw admiration in his eyes for aarthi. He shook him to bring yash out of his trance "You came here to pick her up na. Let's go and meet her." Yash and sharma made their way out of sharma's room to meet aarthi.

Aarthi, in the meantime, started playing hide and seek with the kids and her friends. The kids blindfolded her and rotated her and started running in different directions calling her name. She started walking in a particular direction waving her hands to catch someone. It was when she hit on someone's hard chest. Aarthi thought it to be asad as she held his ears "So Mr. macho lost to me. You know na aarthi is always born to win." She punched lightly on stomach of the person she caught. Just then she heard zoya's voice saying it was not asad. She also heard asad's giggle. She opened the cloth that was tied around her eyes to see yash standing there. Aarthi's gaze shifted to the floor as she blushed. Zoya and asad understood from aarthi's reaction that the man was none other than yash. Asad was the first to introduce himself to yash as he placed his hands on yash's shoulder saying" Man you have a tough time all throughout your life as the girl, who you have chosen to marry na she is very dangerous. Although she is dangerous she is sweet too most of the time. So you have a great entertainment all throughout your life. So how did you like this gundi friend of mine?" He winked at yash after speaking so. Yash knew it was the best time for revenge as he spoke" Not so impressive. Maybe a 2 out of 5. She looks like an aunty from all angles." Asad laughed out on yash's statement" Not bad man." Aarthi immediately snapped at yash and asad saying" Hello Mr. macho your new friend na is such a copycat that too he is copying from a girl. What's this yash? I must say it's worst behavior." Yash smiled at aarthi's reaction" How do you say so aarthi? Do you hold any proof?" Aarthi laughed mockingly as she pulled out her phone calling simar, who told about aarthi's statement on yash the previous day. On hearing it, zoya and asad laughed out as yash asked aarthi how she had simar's number to which aarthi replied replied" I'm not kadoos like you yashji. See I have the number of everyone in your family including you" and winked at him. Yash was surprised as he asked how and from whom she got the numbers from. Neha laughed on seeing yash's reaction as she said" Yash, aarthi is like this since school days. She should have become a detective than a designer. Don't be surprised for these stuffs for if you marry her then your whole life would be filled with surprises every day." Just then aarthi asked yash the reason for his visit as he told her the reason. Yash asked asad and zoya also to join them as the four set out to the restaurant. Vikram and neha were waiting for yash and aarthi in the restaurant as they saw yash and aarthi coming up with another couple. After formal introduction they sat together for the dinner. They ordered the dinner and as their conversion proceeded they all got to know each other well. Just then zoya's I pad rang indicating an incoming skype call. Zoya exclaimed "aarthi, the two missing members of the fabulous five arrived." Zoya picked up the call to see sunitha and aman on the other side.

Sunitha: what's up zoya? Are aarthi, asad and you in the hotel? I contacted aarthi's home when shobha ma said it. So I called your I pad through skype.

Aman: yeah zoya we know you very well. You can even live without asad but not without your I pad.

Asad: yeah that's true aman. But today's hot topic is not zoya and her long time lover I pad. It's about our gundi aarthi.

Sunitha and aman:" oh really what's it??"

Zoya:" guess it na. Use your kidneys dear."

Sunitha:" you two give it to aarthi. I will ask her."

Aarthi:" zoya I don't want to talk to the people who left me and went to Mumbai. Those people didn't even call me for two days."

Sunitha:" oh come on aarthi you know why we didn't call. By the way distance makes the heart grow fonder. We are missing you three a lot. Tell us the matter na.

Aarthi:" hmm okay. I have decided to get married. Now don't be shocked I will tell you all the stories in detail later."

Suddenly aman could no longer be seen in the video.

Aarthi:" sunitha where is aman?"

Sunitha giggled as she she how aman was dancing on hearing aarthi's marriage.

Aarthi, zoya and asad giggled as aarthi said" you are one of the kind aman. Now it's aarthi's order. I want you two here in Bhopal within a week and it's final."

Yash, vikram and neha were glanced at them not understanding a thing. It was then zoya, asad and aarthi realized there were three poor souls along with them. They introduced sunitha and aman to yash, vikram and neha. Neha was very much excited to see aarthi's bunch of friends as she asked" You all seem to be an interesting gang. How did you all get along?"

Aman smiled as he said" hmm we all met in the school. We were the last benchers and outstanding gang of our class. No one in our class joined us in their gang so we all got along to form a gang and its name was "fabulous five". You know who the hit woman of our gang was? It was none other than our gundi aarthi. She is a very good hockey player but the problem is she uses the hockey stick for many other purposes. So yash beware man. If you ever see a hockey stick in her hands run away immediately."

Zoya spoke:" oh enough aman. You only say about one side of aarthi. You guys know how romantic aarthi is? She was the one who gave all ideas to this aman and aman to impress sunitha and me. Just to keep this gang united she made us sacrifice our lives by making us marry two dumbos."

Vikram,neha and yash were very much impressed on seeing aarthi's gang. The dinner they ordered also came as aarthi picked up a butter naan and poured some paneer butter masala. She then spoke to aman" Aman look here. This is butter naan and this is paneer butter masala. Oh they are so delicious and yummy." Zoya,asad and sunitha giggled on seeing aarthi's expression and aman's reaction.

Aman:" you are one of the worst friend aarthi. How could you do so after knowing I love it a lot?"

Aarthi:" buddu when you come here I will make them daily for you. Now it's time for a serious meeting. I think our "fabulous five" gang comes to an end with today. As now we are going to become "super eight". What do you all say?"

Zoya:" yeah the new members are already here. Let me tell you the rules of our gang. Rule one is never behave matured. Rule two is always be at your crazy best. Rule three is always follow your heart. So the new members are you ready to accept this?"

Vikram ,neha and yash giggled on zoya's dramatic way of narrating the rules as they nodded their heads.

Together aarthi and her friends shouted" hip hip hurray!!!"

After having their dinner aarthi left along with asad and zoya while yash went along with vikram and neha.

Vikram spoke out" what you said was true yash, she is just like arpitha."

Neha immediately responded" hmm yes vikram. Her gang is one of the coolest gang I had seen."

As vikram and neha kept on talking about aarthi and her friends, yash was simply sitting silently. Vikram tapped on yash's shoulder "What happened yash? Why aren't you telling anything?"

Yash then spoke" don't know vikram. This aarthi na she looks different to me every day. She is understanding, caring,loving,naughty,beautiful,mature,happy-go-lucky,brave. How can a woman have this much dimensions? She is really unique and something different."

Vikram and neha smiled on seeing yash's admiration for aarthi and hoped aarthi would change him back into their old yash as their car drove into the scindhya mansion.
