Well for ipad turn it off and them go in settings and go to new keyboard and add the emo one it worked for me but give it a good hour before turning it on hopefully that will work.😊😊😊

Thanks Aleha,,I'll give it a try, though I've turned it off completely after deleting all cookies, 2-3 times but nothing happened.
But ill give it one more try later.
