My emoticons are not working, can someone help me

Now my emoticons are also not working.

I deleted all my cookies and data twice, but it's still not working.

Does anyone have any idea how to make those cute emoticons to work again?

It happened once to me, try login in again, that is what I did

Billie I deleted all the cookies and history in my iPad. I even shut it down twice. I even log off and log in 2-3 times, but it's still not working.

I don't know Maha what happened suddenly. One moment it was working and the next moment it stopped suddenly.
