Without knowing about ANYTHING that's happening behind the scenes, you're accusing the Mittal's. If you're so fed up of Punar Vivah, nobody is telling you to continue with the show, you're free to stop watching it, but cursing the creator's of the show is making you look bad, because you're jumping to baseless conclusions.
