from the way i see it, we are not hitting the CM enough in the beginning and middle of the week.

most of us only scramble at the last minute, as usual😳

i think even log in & log out doesn't work

CM only depends on how many people rate

may be only once rating is counted per ID in a day 😕

i m still confused how rating is counted 😕
